Identifying, designing, and managing grants for communities & municipalities throughout the full life cycle of the grant. Grant Administration services may involve:

Grant Writing - project planning and development, budget development, project support, writing of the proposal, evaluation and measurement, editing and proofreading, submission, and coordination with grantors.

Grant Monitoring - evaluate grant activity progress and milestone achievements, ensuring regulatory, ethical, & legal compliance, prepare and submit grant documents and reports, assess and adjust the budget as necessary, assess key performance metrics, and maintain positive working relations and communication with the grantor and grantee.

Project Administration - plan and facilitate processes to achieve milestones outlined in the grant scope, manage the grant project team, coordinate among stakeholders & network partners, understand & manage any potential risks or obstacles, and facilitate effective & efficient implementation of grant deliverables.

Technical Assistance - provide guidance on grant terms and conditions, conduct training sessions for grant recipients to enhance understanding of grant requirements, offer technical expertise in areas relevant to the project, address challenges & provide solutions, and share best practices and lessons learned from similar projects to promote knowledge exchange & improvement.
